Keeping it short today! Working on something big to be announced on Earth Day next week — really really excited about it.

Recap from the past week!

• Hosted mulch (literally) event! It was awesome despite the rain and cold; thinking about how to size it up (e.g. 100 people, 100 tree beds)

• Pop-up rescheduled to 4/26 (due to the same weather ^)

• Launched founding membership!

  • Good news: People bought! (Thank you!!!!) De-risking that there’s willingness to pay which feels good.

  • What I’ve gotten the most feedback on:

    • Billing Frequency (can we do monthly billing?)

    • Clarity of Offer (what exactly am I getting)

    • Need to tinker with price / offering to get joining Mulch to make sure it’s a no-brainer from a value point of view
